Does anyone use a Barefoot treeless saddle?
I've been checking these saddles out recently, so I know all the info. Is there anyone who knows about how the horse's back goes with this style saddle? Has anyone used this and had any back problems (rider and horse)?I have a minimal withered quarter horse X (very broad and muscled) and have lots of lower back problems. Have anyone found that these saddles work well? Thanks!!!
I have a Barefoot tree less saddle, I think they are great and so does my horse. He gets a little up tight when I put the western saddle on him. These saddles work great on a wider back horse, on narrow back horses the saddle tends to role (because of the lack of a treed structure), so it's only good trail riding or endurance racing. I wouldn't use it for any rodeo style eventing, or jumping
I've did a lot of research on this saddle before I purchased it, apparently this saddle is great for horses with back problems.
Personally I like my treeless saddle and I know my horse does and so does the people I've talk too. By the description of your horse I think this saddle will work out just fine.
